We worked with the Vodafone Foundation recently on their annual staff engagement event of the year. They wanted to be the first corporate in Ireland to do a “Night at the OsKaRs”

We worked with over 100 members of staff across many different departments. Training took place in Vodafone head office one day a week for 7 weeks. We cast staff members across different roles within 7 different movies. Each movie would last around ten minutes and filming took place around South Dublin

Aside from staff engagement the Foundation were raising money for their charity partner the ISPCC. The fundraising target for staff this year was €50,000

The event took place in the Round Room at the Mansion House. Over 450 people attended with celebrity judges in attendance. Our MC Adrian Kennedy from 98FM was the host of the evening. The feedback we received on the night was brilliant and we look forward to working with the Vodafone team on their next major staff engagement event

Brief:

We provided professional coaching to all the cast members. Full editing, scripting and shooting of all 7 movies. We were responsible for the full event management and production on the day of the event working in conjunction with the mansion house team
